Birth Control

  • Affirm - Reproductive health services for all ages are available through federally-funded Title X* clinics. They provide birth control, condoms, STI/STD testing and treatment, preventative cancer screenings, pregnancy testing, and more. Title X* clinics serve anyone, whether or not they can afford to pay.
  • Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers - Community Health Centers (CHCs) provide physical, mental, and reproductive health care to anyone, regardless of whether or not they can afford to pay. Find a Center Health Center near you.
  • SexFYI.org - SexFYI.org can help you find a Title X* Clinic near you for birth control, STI/STD testing, pregnancy testing, counseling services and teen health resources. Title X* Clinics serve anyone, whether or not they can afford to pay.
  • Planned Parenthood Arizona (Español) - Planned Parenthood Arizona provides free and low-cost reproductive healthcare, pregnancy testing, annual exams, birth control, STI/STD testing, HIV prevention, vasectomies, and counseling services.
  • OPill Cost Assistance Program - If you are having trouble affording Opill, the Opill Cost Assistance Program (Opill CAP) may be able to help.
  • Free Condoms Through the Mail - If you live in Arizona, you can order free condoms by mail. Limit one order per address per month. Orders are shipped in a plain package.
  • ADHS Reproductive Health / Family Planning Project - Many local health departments provide birth control, STI/STD testing, breast/cervical cancer screening, and family planning services.

Not all health centers provide accurate or truthful information about pregnancy or birth control. If you seek care at a credible facility like the ones above, you can rest assured that you’re receiving real medical care. Under 18

  • Planned Parenthood arizona (Español) - Planned Parenthood Arizona provides free and low-cost reproductive healthcare, pregnancy testing, annual exams, birth control, STI/STD testing, HIV prevention, vasectomies, and pregnancy counseling services.
  • Teen Pregnancy Prevention - This program provides young people with health information and communication skills they will use throughout their lives. This page also includes communication tips and resources for parents and guardians.
  • One-n-Ten - One-n-Ten serves LGBTQ+ youth and young adults between the ages of 11 and 24. One-n-Ten is a safe space for young people to ask tough questions by promoting age-appropriate access to health education and resources.

*Title X (“Title Ten”) is a federal program. Title X clinics provide medically accurate family planning services and reproductive care to anyone who needs it. This includes a full spectrum of reproductive care: pregnancy prevention, preconception health, helping people become pregnant, basic infertility care, birth spacing, breast and cervical cancer screening, and more.
